The collaboration between the University of Lille and XiVO via its distributor Acipia began in 2013 with the project to overhaul the telephone installations of the University of Lille 2. This project consisted in homogenizing all the sites (about 2000 people for Lille 2) spread over the Lille metropolitan area. The switchover to ToIP was made gradually from 2014.
We chose XiVO for its easy and fast deployment, its autonomy, the unification of the telephony and its economic advantages.
