Optimize your agent’s availability with Wisper 360. Prevent simultaneous outages across multiple workstations with our no-infrastructure virtualization concept, perform updates without service disruption and quickly deploy new configurations when issues arise. Ensure optimal continuity of service for your agents.
Wisper 360 ensures optimal resilience by avoiding global production interruptions, thanks to the independence of the workstations, which do not depend on a central server infrastructure. This solution simplifies IT management, reducing installation and support time while increasing team productivity. With Wisper 360, you can monitor the activity of agents, whether they are on site or working remotely, without being intrusive and requiring additional investments in expensive tools.
Wisper 360 improves agent productivity by providing optimized, secure workstations tailored to the specific needs of each user. With centralized management, work environments can be configured and activated in one click, providing uninterrupted productivity no matter where you are.
Workstations under Wisper 360 are always aligned with the customer’s security policy, ensuring enhanced protection. In the event of an incident, a quick recovery is possible, minimizing impacts on production and ensuring continuity of service.
Wisper 360 guarantees independent operation of the workstations, avoiding any loss of simultaneous activity related to the chosen technology. Outside of installations and updates, the workstations operate autonomously, without dependence on the Cloud, thus allowing compliance with SLAs for availability and performance. This minimizes penalties due to ordering customers and ensures maximum availability, without impact on performance or profitability.
Wisper 360 optimizes workstation availability through advanced virtualization and centralized management, dramatically reducing downtime.
By automating updates and configurations, the solution minimizes interruptions and human errors, allowing agents to fully focus on their tasks.
In addition, Wisper 360 simplifies IT resource management, freeing up time for IT teams to focus on high value-added activities. Thus, Wisper 360 guarantees a near perfect continuity of service and maximizes the productivity of the workstations.
With Wisper 360, updates and configurations are performed without interrupting agents, even in environments with limited bandwidth. Advanced virtualization and centralized management make it easier and more automated to add, modify or delete workstations.
When a new configuration or update is required, Wisper 360 uses the Wisper Repository Service (WRS) to store and distribute images efficiently. At sites with limited bandwidth, WRS plays a crucial role in reducing network usage. As an intermediate cache, it allows workstations to download updates from WRS locally, reducing network load and speeding up the deployment process. This approach is particularly advantageous in sites with low internet speeds and a large number of workstations.
Wisper 360 ensures an efficient deployment, especially for sites with sufficient bandwidth and limited number of workstations. In this case, even without WRS, each station can download and apply updates independently thanks to the Push feature. This allows a new version to be made available, while ensuring continuity of production. The download will be done in the background while using the virtual environment.
On the other hand, on sites with a more limited bandwidth or a large number of stations, the use of WRS in combination with the Push feature becomes essential. WRS facilitates centralized management of updates and configurations, minimizing network impact.
Wisper 360 also allows remote activation and reconfiguration of workstations via a centralized console, ensuring great responsiveness and flexibility. In case of problems, reconfiguration and remote intervention help maintain optimal continuity of service, reducing downtime. In addition, the integration of a programmable bandwidth usage reduction (QOS) feature optimizes network performance by avoiding peak consumption during the day.
