For 10 years, the Lyon Vaise head office, the 7 management centers as well as more than 300 branches and 2,200 employees of the Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne network have been using XiVO every day.
Given the success of the latter, Groupama decided to switch some of its contact center positions previously equipped with Genesys software to XiVO CC. Groupama Rhône Alpes Auvergne thus chose XiVO CC, the customer relations tool.
