What were the business, technical or functional challenges of the project?
Originally, our plan was to replace our obsolete hardware and telephone system. To do this, we put out a call for tenders. We were not closed to a complete renewal of the telephone system.
We wanted to be able to grow and renew the positions easily. The business model had to be viable and guarantee a financial projection on maintenance. We were looking for a solution that would allow us to easily switch to Trunck Sip instead of T2.
